Hostel Life

Well, i guess the only down side for luxury city dwellers when they come to MTS would be the living conditions. Don't get me wrong, it ain't that bad.. for me that is..

Where we hang our clothes when it rains

Oo.. we got a refrigerator!

National service or MTS? Definitely MTS.

Our Living room

Funny things that we pasted on the toilet doors but never obey them..

The quality of english shows why more emphasis needs to be put on them..

The toilet!

Dumpsite

Boys can't seem to tidy their desks

This is a case of broken cupboards

Beds we sleep on

Danger from above!

My lovely bed.. Dennis was supposed to be above me but he was coerced to move after i told him i fear somebody tumbling on to me in the middle of the night.

My bed ain't too good either

Despite these living conditions.. i thanked God because it isn't worse.. you should see how the missionaries live in China..

What to do when it starts to flood

Our Living Room Flooded!

New way to stop floods from coming to your room.. use plasticine!

More plasticine! (fortunately for them.. its efficiency was never tested..)

Flooding in Sibu

Late pics of Sibu flooding.. did you know that it can flood even without raining? In matters of hours the water can rise 10cm. Scary when i first saw it. They say it's because of rain in Kapit and the high tide which causes Rejang river to overflow.

Isolated island

MTS carpark and Piley flooding

More floods!

Wet bus stop!
